We began our adventure with the food industry with sales of flavourings. We have consistently earned recognition and trust on the market. Thanks to our commitment and hard work that we invested in developing our firm, we have become an official distributor of flavourings produced by IFF International Flavors and Fragrances, the biggest producer of flavourings in the world. In order to deliver complex solutions for an entire delivery chain, we decided to expand our activities; since 2003, we have provided transport and warehouse services. Starting from sales through distribution, we have become a complex logistics operator in a response to demands of the dynamically developing logistics industry.

1. Which flavour profile are you seeking?
Example: Strawberry, fresh.

2. What is the desired form of flavouring ?  
We offer excellently dissolvable powders and liquids as well as granules designated, for example, for tea.

3. What declaration is to come with a flavouring on a final product label?
Flavouring, Natural flavouring, Natural flavouring 95/5 (extract). Additionally, we have products that do not require to be declared as flavourings on a final product.

4. May a flavouring have allergens? 
In general, all new flavourings we introduce on the market are free from allergens. Occasionally, they have the following allergens: milk and grains with gluten.

5. What product is a flavouring going to be used for ?
Depending on a base, content of water, fat, protein or other spices, acidity and heat treatment, the flavouring may shape various flavour profiles. Additionally, if we know a product, we may at once organise you testing and propose a ready dosage.

6. What is an acceptable dosage?
Depending on a flavouring designation, the dosage is between 0.003% up to even 1%. 0.1% of a finished product dosage is used most frequently. Information about dosage is crucial because, depending on a size of batches, difficulties may occur in the measurement of a proper quantity of flavouring. In case of our most popular flavouring of spam, only 200g per one tone of meat is required.

7. What is a planned production volume ?

There should not be any difficulties in estimating a required amount of flavouring if it is to be an additive or a change of a flavouring that is already on the market.

We are well aware of the fact that it is not that easy when it comes to a new product or one that is already being developed. Launching new products on the market is a complicated process; therefore, we encourage you to make initial calculations in order to make it easier to choose a right flavouring that requires logistics minimum.

A minimal size of an order depends on flavouring and its popularity on the market.

Flavourings that are constantly on the market may be sold in single packages: 20kg or 25kg.

Powder customised flavourings: 60kg-100kg.

Liquid customised flavourings: 40kg.

Colors have a broad scope of applications in the food industry: they may colour, strengthen or recover product’s colour lost in the course of its processing. A dye may be also used to cover unfavourable discolorations, emphasise the appearance, freshness or even suggest a flavour of a final product. Appearance, and especially colour, have a major influence on food assessment by a customer.

Our offer includes natural dyes as well as colouring food.

All our colouring products comply with requirements specified in EC/EU regulations as well as with national laws and regulations.

A dye may change a colour or lose most of its colouring properties in the course of treatment; therefore, it so important to choose a right dye.

 

 

4. What will be the degree of product acidity (pH) ?
pH has a great influence on colouring properties; we may easily notice it by adding sour lemon juice to tea.

5. Is a final product going to be exposed to sun ? 
Simply speaking – light destroys dyes. Of course, a package of a finished product is very important in the process of preventing this process. 

6. In what conditions will a dye be dissolved ?
Whether a dye should dissolve in water, fat, alcohol or a different solvent.

7. What is a desired declaration on a final product label?
Awareness among consumers has significantly increased in the last few years. Placing a natural dye on an ingredient list instead of a synthetical one increases the chances that a consumer will decide to buy it.  

On the basis of the above instructions, our representative will contact you and propose tailor-made solutions. It is also possible to conduct testing in cooperation with you.

The minimal size of a single package is 5kg (to be determined), which makes it possible to dye 100kg-2000kg of a finished product (to be verified).
